Chocolate can help you against the stress

New evidence confirms that eating dark chocolate daily can lower stress.

A study released  found that people who rated their high levels of stress at an early stage, decreased stress levels in the body after eating chocolate every day for two weeks , just eating 40 grams of dark chocolate a day.
Doctors took the participants, urinary and plasma samples from the two-week study at the beginning, middle and end, and took samples of the latest stressihormoone less cortisol .
