Chocolate helps fight stress
nullUntil now it was known that small amounts of chocolate had a positive influence on mood, but it was not known why or what was the precise mechanism. Researchers have now discovered that antioxidants found in cocoa can reduce the risk factors for heart disease and other illnesses.
The important thing is that it is dark chocolate, because only in that there is a optimal concentration of flavonols, antioxidants abundant in the seeds of cacao.
Their anti-inflammatory power confers greater resistance to skin exposure to sunlight and may even be a valuable help to prevent melanoma, or skin cancer.
So chocolate never ceases to amaze. Not only is it good for the throat, intoxicating beauty treatments helps fight stress and strain of modern life, and even protects skin from the damaging effects of sunlight better than a traditional cream.
