The stars are crunchy chocolate biscuits very tasty and aromatic, with cinnamon and honey in them, evoke all the flavor and atmosphere of Christmas.
Butter and chocolate give these cookies a crispy and crumbly exceptional, making them especially pleasing to children.
In a large bowl place the flour, sugar, cold butter cut into cubes, honey, egg yolk (keep aside the album that will later), finely grated dark chocolate, cinnamon powder and the grated rind of a lemon.
